EquaAcademy has guided 100’s of individuals through their own property journey.  The UK’s leading commercial property mentors needed a website that allows enterprising entrepreneurs to easily find the support, training and resources necessary to build successful property development businesses. Now, that may sound like a deceptively straightforward plan for a website project, but with the infinite content resource the website was supposed to accommodate, we already had a clear picture of the challenges that lay ahead. After spending time understanding EquaAcademy’s business model, we saw the importance of upgrading their existing website in alignment with the growing demand for their diverse range of services. We agreed on developing a streamlined system to manage everything from a training portal to mentorship programmes and events.

The Project 

The UK’s trusted property development mentors needed a learning management system where members could easily access training and resources. Drawing on UX and functionality testing, EquaPortal was designed and developed with the sole purpose of offering an engaging learning experience. While creating a more aesthetically appealing look for the website, our creative team weighed in to anchor it around an engaging brand story. With more resources comes a more advanced information architecture, right? Our developers created a custom-made site architecture with a simplified navigation to boot for better user experience. Each page was carefully crafted to tell inter-connected stories that could take visitors on their own property business journey.


Results 

In the course of the development, we identified additional needs and scope for enhancing the user experience. Now visitors on the website have got a clearly defined user path with navigation made easier. The highly interactive design has made the learning on EquaPortal highly engaging and the site content more discoverable. More importantly, the website is already delivering them what matters the most: an increase in membership sign-up sold out events and sales. EquaAcademy is really happy with the results.
